Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may vary for Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay tuned!
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@casehive.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CaseHive is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
